data was gathered through usability tests, focus groups, surveys, and interviews. data was compiled and analyzed to identify problem areas in the site's overall design including user interface and functionality. the site's scheduling portion was the main focus of the study and evaluation.

feedback was incorporated into proposals for site redesign.
